Director of Client Services – Gina has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, and brings a deep, well-rounded understanding of banking, lending, and wealth management to her role as Director of Client Services. Her career began in retail banking and lending, before she entered the mortgage industry during its peak. In 2006, she transitioned into the wealth management space, where she’s remained ever since.
She spent eight years at Charles Schwab, starting in back-office operations and advancing into problem resolution and advisor services. Since then, she has broadened her expertise through roles in trust services, managed accounts, and client-facing support for financial advisors. Her time across different segments of the industry has reinforced her belief that in finance, learning never stops—as the industry evolves, so does she.
Known for her strong service ethic and ability to connect with clients from all backgrounds, Gina draws from a richly diverse cultural heritage and a lifelong commitment to helping others. She continues to bring a deep sense of empathy, experience, and adaptability to every client interaction.
